Our approach is to focus on larger scale residential renovation projects, where we methodically plan our projects and ensure that our staff is provided with the training and resources to be successful. We hire great people and truly believe in the strength of teamwork to achieve amazing things.  

·       Analyzing drawings and specifications

·       Estimating projects of all types/sizes

·       Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to develop project plans/offerings.

·       Working closely with the Design team to develop detailed scopes of work and proposals that meet the needs of clients. 

·       Working with Operations to ensure that projects in production are successful.

·       Engaging with clients

·       Continuously looking for ways to improve the company’s estimating process.  

·       3-5 years in residential construction estimating (preferably in renovations)

·       Strong level of knowledge of Excel & Estimating Software

·       College Diploma in Construction management or similar is an asset.

·       Drivers License and own transportation
