Lead Carpenter

The Lead Carpenter Role is for you if:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projects
- Taking a leadership role on site under the guidance of the Site Supervisor
- Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:
- Demolition
- Structural Framing
- Window and Door installation
- Insulation
- Trim Carpentry
- Exterior finishing
- Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in residential renovations/construction
- Experience leading junior level labourers/carpenters an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required
- First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required
- Drivers License and own transportation

Compensation
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
